The CFL has suspended Calgary Stampeders defensive lineman Quinn Smith three games for violating the league's drug policy.
Smith's suspension is the first since the league changed its policy in April to include testing done by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport.
The pass rusher received a three-game ban instead of the regular two-game suspension because he also tested positive for a banned substance at the 2014 CFL Combine.
Smith has three sacks this season.
