The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have struggled so far at home in 2016, and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats want to keep the status quo.

Winnipeg remains winless at home this season in three attempts, while Hamilton has yet to be defeated away from home. The Bombers handed the Ti-Cats a loss in the teams' week 3 matchup by a score of 28-24 at Tim Hortons Field.

Winnipeg will have a new starting quarterback for the second matchup, as Drew Willy was replaced by Matt Nichols under centre prior to the Bombers' week 6 matchup against the Edmonton Eskimos.

Nichols led the Bombers to a 30-23 win last week, going 26-of-33 for 304 yards with one touchdown pass.

Jeremiah Masoli will get another start for Hamilton as head coach Kent Austin declared the recovering Zach Collaros not ready to return, according to Matt Scianitti of TSN.

Masoli has performed admirably in Collaros' absence, sitting third in the league with 1,532 passing yards with eight touchdown passes.

Winnipeg has had more of a presence running the ball so far this season, averaging 73.2 yards per game to Hamilton's 55.4 yards. The Ti-Cats defense has been on the prowl for opposing quarterbacks however, as the unit led by John Chick, Simoni Lawrence, Drake Nevis, and Ted Laurent have averaged four sacks per game thus far in 2016.

Kickoff is set for Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. CT from Investors Group Field in Winnipeg.
