Both Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal have dropped out of next week's Rogers Cup tournament in Toronto, Tennis Canada confirmed Tuesday.
The men's world No. 3 and 4, respectively, join Wimbledon champion Andy Murray in skipping the event. Federer fell to Canadian Milos Raonic in the semifinals at the All England Club on July 8.
It would be the second straight year Federer misses the Rogers Cup. Both he and Nadal are set to compete in next month's Olympics.
