Sebastian Stan wants to play Ric Flair in biopic
Sebastian Stan is interested in portraying WWE legend Ric Flair in a future film.
Paul Walter Hauser, the actor's "I, Tonya" co-star, recently pitched the idea of them teaming up again for a biopic about Flair and fellow WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson. Stan fully supports the pitch.
"That's it man, we got to do that Ric Flair/Anderson biopic," Stan said in an interview with Collider. "... (Hauser's) so funny and I mean, he's such a big wrestling fan and I was a big wrestling fan too growing up. Like, I loved WWF and stuff.
"And we both have a kip-up. So, maybe Ric Flair. I would do that in a second if they let me. I mean, pretty soon, I'll be eligible, I guess."
Flair revealed last year that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and WWE are working on a biopic about him, though no further details have been released.
