The Rock dreamed of winning Super Bowl with Giants

Before pursuing a wrestling career, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was a college football player at the University of Miami with hopes of making it to the NFL and playing for the New York Giants.
Johnson spoke about that aspiration earlier this week while appearing on FOX's Thursday Night Football pregame show.

Johnson joined WWE in 1996 following a brief stint in the CFL, making his in-ring debut at Survivor Series at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
