Ronda Rousey has shared more details about the accident that nearly cost her a finger on the set of the FOX show "9-1-1."

In a video posted on her YouTube channel, the WWE star explained that she was shooting a scene requiring her to push open a boat door when she jammed her finger.

"I guess I was just a little bit too short to push the boat door all the way to the top, so I kind of had to give it a little bit of an 'oomph,' like a push, and it either stalled at the top and came down, or it bounced back and came down," Rousey said. "But it was staying up enough for me to turn my back on it and stepped out and the boat door slammed down."

Rousey initially didn't think the injury was serious and finished the scene.

"Then I looked down and I was like, 'Oh,'" she continued. "I had to tell the director, I remember turning towards them and being like, 'You guys aren't going to like this, but my finger is no longer attached to my finger.'"

Rousey was rushed to the hospital, where she had a bolt and screws inserted into her finger to hold it together. Since she doesn't like pain medication, she opted to stay awake during the surgery.

"I'm healing up really fast and I appreciate everybody's concern, but I'm 100 percent fine," she said.
