During a Q&A on his "20 Years of Hell" tour, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley explained how a phone call with Vince McMahon gave him the push he needed to lose weight.
"I said, 'I just want you to know, I've lost 25 pounds with a goal of losing 80 by Christmas,'" Foley said. "And once I heard his voice on that phone say, 'I'm going to hold you to that,' I knew I could do it."
Foley, who underwent hip and knee surgeries last year, also credits Diamond Dallas Page's DDP Yoga for his dramatic weight loss.
Thank you @LanceStorm - what a difference 3 years, a knee & hip replacement and @DDPYoga can make! https://t.co/khiM7dos25
