GIF: Pepe head butts Muller, gets sent off

Portugal have looked all out of sorts in the early-going of their opening match against Germany. Already down 2-0, Portuguese defender Pepe got away with pushing a hand in the face of Germany forward Thomas Muller, but couldn't escape punishment for the inexplicable head butt that followed.

Muller wasn't too affected by the blow. He scored eight minutes later to put Germany ahead 3-0.
