U.S head coach Jürgen Klinsmann is shuffling the deck for the second half.
Klinsmann made three changes, inserting John Brooks for Matt Besler, Kyle Beckerman for Jermaine Jones and Brad Guzan for Tim Howard.
Beckerman is lodged in a battle with Jones for playing time at the base of Klinsmann's midfield diamond.
