England's leaked lineup suggests Sterling will be dropped
Gareth Southgate's plans for England's second match of the group stage appear to be without Raheem Sterling.
Photos of the manager's lineup for Sunday's encounter with Panama were leaked on Thursday, suggesting Marcus Rashford will start ahead of Sterling in Nizhny Novgorod.

The images also show Ruben Loftus-Cheek in place of the injured Dele Alli in Southgate's usual 3-5-2 formation. Loftus-Cheek drew applause for his eventful 10-minute cameo appearance against Tunisia.
Assistant coach Steve Holland was captured on camera carrying the notes, which may or may not be a deliberate attempt to deceive the media. Southgate has managed to keep his selections confidential up until now, with the national team's training ground ringed by three-metre fences.
Rashford replaced a largely ineffectual Sterling in the narrow 2-1 victory, prompting yet more criticism over the Manchester City winger. Although he is coming off the best season of his career, Sterling last scored an international goal in October 2015.
Rashford was initially consigned to the bench because of a knee concern, but the Guardian's Dominic Fifield reports the Manchester United graduate is now fit to play.
