Aces' Plum told Spike Lee to 'talk louder' during Game 1 of semifinals
A familiar face was in attendance for Game 1 of the WNBA semifinal playoff matchup between the New York Liberty and Las Vegas Aces on Sunday night.
Academy Award-winning director Spike Lee, who's a regular at New York Knicks games, was seated courtside at Barclays Center and could be seen trading trash talk with Aces star Kelsey Plum at one point during the game.

Plum didn't reveal their full exchange postgame but did share some of what she told Lee.
"I can't say exactly what was said, but I told him that he should talk louder, Plum told reporters, per Sara Jane Gamelli of Ballislife. "But it was all well and fun, and it's really cool that he's here. Even last round, it was really cool that he was here.
"I know he's a big sports fan, so it says a lot that he's in the building and that he respects the game. So yeah, I was just having fun."
The Liberty defeated the defending champion Aces 87-77 to take a 1-0 series lead. Game 2 will take place Tuesday night in New York.
