North America's Gibson starts; Ryan Murray in lineup vs. Sweden

Matt Murray's injured thumb kept him out of the net Wednesday with Team North America wrapping up round robin play against Sweden.
John Gibson - who took over for Murray in the second period Monday against Russia - got his first start of the World Cup, while Winnipeg Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck stood in as his backup.
In other news, defenseman Ryan Murray, who was a game-time decision after missing practice Tuesday with what the team called a maintenance day, was well enough to suit up.
North America can clinch a semifinal berth with a regulation win Wednesday, but could also be eliminated if Sweden wins by five or more goals.
