The young guns are out of their holsters.
Jack Eichel, Auston Matthews, and Connor McDavid supplied Team North America with its first goal at the World Cup of Hockey on Sunday night, opening the scoring against Finland at Air Canada Centre.
Matthews created the scoring chance with a nice move along the boards and a shot on goal, before Eichel banged in the rebound.
McDavid picked up the secondary assist on the marker, which came just over five minutes into the game.
