Arsenal edge past Sporting to reach Champions League semi-finals
Arsenal set up a Champions League semi-final against Atletico Madrid by completing a 1-0 aggregate victory over Sporting Lisbon with a nervy goalless draw at the Emirates on Wednesday.
Mikel Arteta's Premier League leaders held onto their 1-0 quarter-final first-leg advantage, given to them by Kai Havertz last week in Portugal, to reach the last four for a second straight season.
