Daniel Sturridge: Expected to play Tuesday
Sturridge, who was available off the bench Saturday against Sunderland after recovering from a hamstring injury, is expected to play during Tuesday's FA Cup match with West Ham, manager Jurgen Klopp said Monday.
Analysis:
Due to two early injuries elsewhere, Sturridge was unable to play against the Black Cats, and while he is expected to participate in some part during Tuesday's tie, it's still undecided if he'll get the start. If he's able to make it through without suffering any kind of setback, he could be in line to start Sunday's Premier League match against Aston Villa, though Roberto Firmino has played well up front recently.
