Daniel Sturridge: Out with foot injury
Sturridge was held out of Thursday's Europa League match against Bordeaux because of a foot injury.
Analysis:
Sturridge was mysteriously left out of the 18-man squad Thursday and it wasn't until after the match that manager Jurgen Klopp disclosed the foot injury, which Sturridge suffered in training this week. The severity is still unknown, but it's just another ailment on a long list of issues Sturridge has dealt with over the years. Christian Benteke is expected to continue leading the attack while Sturridge is banged up.
