Watch: Cordoba catches Ospina out of position for long distance goal

Jhon Cordoba has the boisterous and well-traveled FC Koln supporters dancing early on at the Emirates.

Just nine minutes into their Europa League tilt against Arsenal, Cordoba tallied on an audacious effort from deep in midfield, one that caught goalkeeper David Ospina out of position and left the home fans crestfallen.

Ospina, who came out of his box to clear a dangerous ball, was of no use as the ball landed to the foot of Cordoba, who turned and caught Ospina backtracking. His shot swerved overhead and was tucked into the back of the net.

It was the sort of start Koln fans were dreaming of, and one that took a little while to see in London as the match was delayed for an hour due to trouble getting the crowd into the stadium.
