Liverpool's Daniel Sturridge: Could miss opener against Arsenal
Sturridge is a doubt for next Sunday's Premier League opener against Arsenal due to a hip injury, the Liverpool Echo reports.
Analysis:
Sturridge has dealt with a plethora of injuries over the past few year, and while the latest one isn't considered overly serious, there is little reason to rush him so early in the season. If he is unable to play against the Gunners, Roberto Firmino could start up front, as could Danny Ings, Divock Origi or Christian Benteke.
