Here's further evidence of how much of an athletic freak Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is.
As part of a collaboration with Nike, Brown was challenged to see how many footballs he could catch in 60 seconds while remaining in a forearm side-plank position. He finished with 53 catches.
Brown's trainer, Cara Troutman-Enseki, came up with the drill and told Nike she has him do three sets of 15 reps per side once a week.
"It works his entire core - the transverse and rectus abdominis, external and internal obliques and erector spinae - as well as the traps, delts, rotator cuffs, rhomboids, pecs, serratus anterior, glutes, quads and adductors," she said.
