Goldberg clarifies 'miserable' comments, calls WWE return 'awesome'
Bill Goldberg opened up about the challenges he's faced while preparing for his current WWE run on the debut episode of E&C's Pod Of Awesomeness, noting he's been "absolutely miserable."
The Universal champion offered some clarification Thursday on Twitter, explaining that it's the intense training that has made him miserable.
*NEWS FLASH* Since this is chapping my ass let's get the record straight.....this @wwe run, experience is frikin' awesome.... honored, humbled, truly appreciative and then some. I'M MISERABLE PHYSICALLY BECAUSE IT TAKES A MONUMENTAL EFFORT, BOTH TRAINING AND EATING, TO TRY AND BE CLOSE TO WHAT PEOPLE REMEMBER.... I STRIVE TO BE THE BEST..... RESULTS ARE GREAT BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN THERE ARE NO BUMPS ALONG THE WAY.
In the interview, Goldberg said he goes to the bathroom around 20 times throughout the day now because of how many calories he's consuming.
