The freezing temperature didn't deter fans of Toronto FC and the Seattle Sounders, and MLS neutrals, from flocking to BMO Field on Saturday evening for the league's showpiece match.
An announced attendance of 36,045 set a new record for the venue, surpassing the previous mark of 36,000 for the Reds' second-leg victory over Montreal in the Eastern Conference final.

The fans in attendance haven't been treated to a thriller just yet, but if nothing else, they are set to witness some drama.
