Crosby netted the most important of his three playoff hat tricks in this Eastern Conference Semifinal game. The Penguin captain's goals were critical in this one as Pittsburgh beat the Senators 4-3 before ousting Ottawa in five games.

Game 2 vs. Lightning, 2016

The Penguins scored twice in the first 10 minutes to take a 2-0 lead in this Eastern Conference Final tilt. But Tampa Bay responded with two of its own before the first intermission. Neither side broke through again for the rest of regulation, but Crosby needed only 40 seconds to end the game in overtime.

It's the only playoff overtime goal of Crosby's career, but it proved vital for the Penguins. The timely tally tied the series, and Pittsburgh ultimately prevailed in seven games en route to its second title in eight years.

Game 4 vs. senators, 2010

Crosby's best playoff performance in terms of all-around production came during the defending-champion Pens' opening-round series against the Sens. Sid guided Pittsburgh to a 7-4 victory with two goals and two assists, as his club took a 3-1 series lead and eventually won it in six games.
