Kevin Durant doesn't appear to be heading to the Big Apple.

The New York Knicks have no interest in trading for the Phoenix Suns star despite Durant wanting to be dealt there, ESPN's Marc J. Spears reports.

New York reportedly made an offer for the 15-time All-Star at the trade deadline, with mutual interest between both sides.

The Knicks are among several clubs on Durant's reported list of desired landing spots, which also includes the Houston Rockets, San Antonio Spurs, and Miami Heat.

The two-time NBA champion has apparently drawn much interest from the Minnesota Timberwolves but has no desire to play for the team.

However, Durant and his agent, Rich Kleiman, are concerned Phoenix won't trade him to one of his preferred spots, Spears adds. Still, the pair is hoping the Suns will ultimately honor his request since Durant is nearing the end of his career at age 36, per Spears.

Durant averaged 26.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 4.2 assists in 62 games this past campaign. He'll make $54.7 million in 2025-26 and is set to become a free agent next summer.
