Bronny beats Grant Williams to win Call of Duty tournament

Bronny James took a break from basketball to show off his Call of Duty skills during the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.

The Los Angeles Lakers rookie won the Call of Duty Modern Warfare III tournament at Encore Las Vegas on Sunday, defeating Charlotte Hornets forward Grant Williams in a two-minute drill contest, according to Arash Markazi of the Sporting Tribune.

James put up 84 points to win the tournament, walking away with a custom Call of Duty championship belt along with a $10,000 prize. Williams had 83 points and Detroit Pistons rookie Bobi Klintman came in third with 77 points.

James has appeared in three Summer League games for the Lakers, including two at the California Classic. He's totaled 15 points while shooting 6-of-26 from the field and 0-for-12 from 3-point range.

The Lakers will be back in action Monday night in Las Vegas when they take on the Boston Celtics.
