Ticket prices are soaring on the secondary market for Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski's final home game Saturday against North Carolina.

As of Sunday, a single ticket to the game was selling for an average of $5,392 on StubHub to $7,498 on SeatGeek, according to Yahoo Sports' Jeff Eisenberg. The average ticket price for this year's Super Bowl between the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals was $7,516 on SeatGeek.

"We're certainly seeing historic numbers for Coach K's finale, not just for college basketball but for any event," SeatGeek executive Chris Leyden told Eisenberg. "It's like nothing we've ever seen before for a college basketball game. People are paying Super Bowl-level prices because they know it will be a special atmosphere."

Krzyzewski, who celebrated his 75th birthday earlier in February, announced in June that he would be retiring at the end of the 2021-22 season after 42 years with the Blue Devils.

Duke defeated North Carolina 87-67 in their previous matchup Feb. 5.
