MLB qualifying offer roundup

Major League Baseball's deadline for clubs to extend qualifying offers to eligible players passed Sunday.
Players tendered a qualifying offer have until Nov. 17 to accept or decline the one-year, $18.4-million contract.
Any player who declines will become a free agent. The incumbent club will receive draft-pick compensation if the player signs with a new team before the 2022 MLB Draft.
