LeBron James has got jokes.
The Cleveland Cavaliers icon pretended not to know who Dwyane Wade is while they were getting shots up before Tuesday's practice.
Asked about the new guy on the team, James replied:
"Never heard of him, rookie I think. Never heard of him. I don't know why he think he can work out with me, but I like rooks so I'll help him get better."
The two were rookies in 2003 and have become best friends over their 14 NBA seasons. They won two championships together on the Miami Heat in 2012 and 2013, and hope to carry over that success together in Cleveland after Wade signed with the club last week.
