A pair of game-worn Michael Jordan shoes have once again set a world record for most expensive sneakers sold at auction.

The Air Jordan 1 High "Chicago" sneakers Jordan was wearing when he made a backboard-shattering dunk during a 1985 exhibition game in Trieste, Italy, fetched $615,000 at auction earlier this week, according to Action Network's Darren Rovell. The price broke the previous record of $540,000, which was set in May by another pair of Air Jordan 1s from 1985.

The shattered-backboard sneakers were one of 11 pairs of game-worn and player-exclusive Jordan shoes auctioned off by house Christie's. The total sale of the lot was $931,875.
