The Gamecocks picked off Jake Fromm three times, including one on Georgia's first overtime possession, to help earn the shocking road victory despite losing starting quarterback Ryan Hilinski to injury.
Georgia was able to get to overtime after a questionable decision by South Carolina head coach Will Muschamp.
With the game tied 17-17 with 40 seconds remaining, Muschamp opted to attempt a 57-yard field goal instead of going for it on fourth-and-3.

The kick was unsuccessful, but the Bulldogs were unable to get themselves in range to try their own potentially game-winning field goal.
After Fromm's interception in the first series of overtime, South Carolina kicker Parker White again missed a chance to seal the victory, this time from 33 yards out.
However, White redeemed himself by nailing a 24-yard field goal before Georgia kicker Rodrigo Blankenship missed from 42 yards out to end the game.
The Bulldogs now face an uphill battle to make the College Football Playoff, with a matchup against No. 7 Florida on Nov. 2 likely to be a must-win game.
