Sometimes you're on your game, sometimes you're not.
And when you're searching for answers, sometimes you have to change things up, like John Peterson did at the CIMB Classic on Sunday.
Peterson was in last place heading into the fourth and final round, and decided to get things started a bit differently, taking inspiration from the classic "Happy Gilmore":
The best part: It worked. Peterson shot a 6-under 66 after rounds of 80, 74, and 78. He still finished in last place at 10-over, but he learned a valuable lesson.
