Kirk floundered to a 3-over 75 Sunday as 54-hole leader to tie for 13th at The Players Championship.
Analysis:
Under high pressure and a packed leaderboard Kirk managed to convert just one birdie on the day versus four bogeys. Kirk played great to get the outright lead heading into Sunday but his lack of recent experience near the lead appeared to hamper his chances of become The Players champion.
