Thomas will tee it up again on Thursday in Fort Worth following his second career major win. Alongside the world No. 5 are five other players inside the top 10, including world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, who missed the cut last week at Southern Hills.

The other four top-10 players in the field this week are Collin Morikawa, Viktor Hovland, Spieth, and Sam Burns.

PGA Championship runner-up Will Zalatoris, who lost to Thomas in a playoff, and 54-hole leader Mito Pereira are both playing as well.

Kokrak will return to defend his title, along with all past winners since 2015.

The tournament will return to Colonial Country Club, a 7,209-yard par-70 course designed by Perry Maxwell and John Bredemus. Maxwell was also behind last week's course, Southern Hills.

The course has previously hosted both the men's and women's U.S. Open and The Players Championship. It's the longest-running event on the TOUR schedule to be held at the same course, having hosted the tournament since 1946.
