Watch: Spieth records triple-bogey on par-3 12th at Augusta
Jordan Spieth found himself in a familiar situation Friday at the 12th hole of Augusta National Golf Club.
During the second round of the Masters, Spieth's tee shot at the 12th found the water. He then hit his following shot right back into the water. Spieth was able to reach the green by the next shot and one-putted to record a six on the par-3.

In 2016, while trying to complete back-to-back Masters victories, Spieth recorded a quadruple-bogey at the 12th hole.
That year, Spieth carded a final-round 73 to finish in a tie for second at 2-under, just three strokes back of champion Danny Willett at 5-under.
Willett happened to be in a tie for first through seven holes Friday afternoon.
