Round of 16 action is already going at full speed Saturday morning, with the WGC-Match Play providing some early fireworks.

The rematch of last year's final between Scottie Scheffler and Billy Horschel got things going as the opening game of the day, and the battle came down to the 18th hole. Meanwhile, Dustin Johnson continued his perfect run this week, taking down the underdog 49-year-old Richard Bland.

Follow along as results come through from the eight matches on course.

No. 5 Scottie Scheffler 1-up over No. 12 Billy Horschel

Horschel got the better of Scheffler 2&1 in last year's final, but the Texan golfer flipped the script this time around in Austin. The back-and-forth affair didn't produce a lead of more than one hole in the entire contest, with the 18th proving to be the decider. Horschel needed a 12-footer to force a playoff but rolled it by on the low side, ensuring victory for Scheffler.

No. 42 Seamus Power 4&3 over No. 13 Tyrrell Hatton

Power is certainly making the most of his first start in the event, easily taking out the 13th-seeded Hatton 4&3 to advance to the quarterfinals. The Irishman won four of the first five holes in the match and coasted on the closing stretch to close it out on the 15th hole.

No. 15 Abraham Ancer 7&6 over No. 2 Collin Morikawa

Ancer got off to a quick start over Morikawa, already up five by the time the pair made it to the turn. The 31-year-old, who was born in Texas but grew up in Mexico, made three birdies in a row to start the back nine, securing the win over Morikawa by the time they finished the 12th hole.

No. 8 Dustin Johnson 3&2 over No. 54 Richard Bland

Despite putting up a good fight, Bland's exciting run at the Match Play has come to an end at the hands of Johnson. After Bland held the lead for the majority of the front nine, Johnson fought his way back from being down two to being up three by the time the two ended at the 16th, guaranteeing his victory over the 49-year-old Bland.

No. 36 Corey Conners 5&3 over No. 56 Takumi Kanaya

After going undefeated in group play (after Paul Casey withdrew from their match), Conners has continued his winning streak with a win over Takumi Kanaya. The Canadian golfer quickly grabbed an early lead in the match, going up by one after the 2nd hole, and he continued to steer the rest of the round, sitting up five with three holes to go and clinching the win.

No. 16 Brooks Koepka playoff over No. 1 Jon Rahm

Brooks Koepka successfully pulled the upset over No. 1 Jon Rahm in a match forced into a playoff. Koepka carried the lead for the majority of the contest before Rahm tied it ahead of the last hole. Koepka rebounded with a birdie on the first playoff hole to advance over Rahm's par.

No. 29 Kevin Kisner 1UP over No. 32 Adam Scott

After trailing for the majority of the match, Kisner was able to come back from three behind to square things up as the pair headed to the 18th hole. With a clutch birdie at the last, Kisner grabbed the point over Scott to win and advance.

No. 24 Will Zalatoris playoff over No. 25 Kevin Na

In an exciting match that went to 22 holes, Zalatoris came out on top with a birdie on the fourth playoff hole to advance over Na. Both players held leads throughout the first 18 holes, and Zalatoris made a clutch birdie at the end to push the match into the eventual playoff.
