Russell Henley carded a 1-under 34 to take a two-shot lead to the closing nine Saturday at the U.S. Open.

Richard Bland, the 54-hole co-leader, sits alone in second place at 4-under. However, a host of charging superstars is set to make Saturday's round an interesting finish in San Diego.

Jon Rahm, Bryson DeChambeau, Matthew Wolff, and Rory McIlroy are all in the top seven thanks to strong play in Round 3.

McIlroy has made the biggest move of the day at the top, shooting a sparkling 4-under 67 to get into contention.

The final pairing of Henley and Bland began their final nine holes at 6:40 p.m. ET.
