Michael Thompson and Richy Werenski lead the 3M Open by two shots going into the final round. Even though the final groups will lack star power, the stage is set for what should be a fantastic finish on Sunday.

Here's how the top of the betting board looks:

Player Odds To Par
Michael Thompson +350 -15
Richy Werenski +350 -15
Tony Finau +375 -13
Charl Schwartzel +550 -13
Max Homa +1000 -12
Harris English +1500 -11
Alex Noren +2500 -11
Cameron Tringale +3000 -11
Denny McCarthy +3000 -11
Matthew Wolff +3000 -10
Ryan Moore +3000 -11
Cameron Davis +4000 -11

The leaders' lack of winning pedigree on the PGA Tour is the first sign this tournament is still wide open. Thompson and Werenski have recorded one combined victory, and they're sleeping on the 54-hole lead with Tony Finau breathing down their necks.

TPC Twin Cities also lends itself to a come-from-behind winner or a blow up from the leaders. Water is in play on 15 holes, and players are finding the drink regularly. There's a razor-thin margin between a birdie and a double-bogey.

Matthew Wolff fired a final-round 65 to win last year's 3M Open, proving a low number is out there for the eventual champion.

From a betting perspective, don't touch the two leaders. Both are priced at +350 and are one bad drive from letting the lead slip away.

Finau is interesting at +375, especially since he's in the penultimate pairing. His struggles to close tournaments are well documented, but if he can pressure the leaders with a couple of early birdies, there's a real chance Finau could finally break through for his first victory since 2016. He leads the field in strokes gained: tee to green through three rounds.

Picks to win

Max Homa (+1000)

Golf betting isn't about hitting on a player at +350 to win, so turn your attention to Max Homa at +1000.

The 29-year-old has eluded to working on his putting stroke over the past few weeks, and he's found something. On Saturday, he gained the fourth-most strokes tee to green while ranking 10th on the greens. Firing another 7-under 64 isn't out of the question.

Ryan Moore (+3000)

Ryan Moore led the field in strokes gained: tee to green on Saturday, and he ranks third in that department this week. He could drain a few more putts on Sunday and post a score around 64 to finish the week at 18-under.

The leaders might struggle and Moore can go low, which makes his +3000 price tag very interesting.
