The PGA Tour is reporting zero positive tests of coronavirus heading into play at the RBC Heritage in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

The news marks the second consecutive week without a positive test for the Tour after getting the same results in Texas at the Charles Schwab Challenge. Over 950 tests have been administered to the 98 players, caddies, and family members who took the charter flight from the first event to the second.

"It doesn't surprise me, because I feel like the plan that has been put in place here has been very good," Rory McIlroy told Bob Harig of ESPN. "It's great to hear that two weeks in a row there's no positive tests. That's what we just have to keep doing."

With some regions in the northeast under stricter coronavirus protocols, testing will increase at the tournament site next week in Connecticut at the Travelers Championship. Players, caddies, and tournament personnel won't be the only ones getting tested, as volunteers and media will also be given a COVID-19 saliva test.
