Tiger trails Molinari by 1 after opening 9 on Masters Sunday

Tiger Woods has cut the deficit to one after the opening nine at the Masters on Sunday while Francesco Molinari holds a narrow lead in the closing stretch at Augusta National.

With three birdies against two bogeys on the opening side, Woods went out in 35 to chip away at the Italian's advantage. The four-time champion sits 12-under for the tournament while Molinari is at 13-under with nine holes to play.

Wind gusts of 25 mph are expected with rain and thunderstorms entering the Augusta area as the afternoon progresses.
