Thomas, Scott lead Genesis Open at end of Round 2

Justin Thomas and Adam Scott remain atop the Genesis Open leaderboard after Round 2 concluded Saturday afternoon.
The duo finished their second rounds Saturday morning and sit at 11-under through 36 holes.
J.B. Holmes is alone in third at 10-under.
Patrick Rodgers (9-under), Michael Thompson (9-under), Jordan Spieth (8-under), and Tony Finau (8-under) round out the top seven.
Rory McIlroy recorded the lowest score of Round 2, soaring up the leaderboard into a tie for eighth with his 8-under 63.
Players will begin Round 3 at 6:00 p.m. ET and play until dark.
