Another week, another winner as Dustin Johnson's masterpiece at the RBC Canadian Open netted our eighth correct pick of the season.

This week represents a finale of sorts as the iconic Firestone Country Club in Akron hosts the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational for the final time before it moves to Memphis. It's a venue that Tiger Woods has experienced an incredible amount of success at, posting an astonishing eight wins on the course.

Thanks to his excellent performance at the Open Championship, Woods is in the field this week, but he's not among the picks on the board.

Here's who is:

Favorite to watch (odds shorter than 20-1)

Rory McIlroy

McIlroy's game is perfect for Firestone, and the Northern Irishman's resume at the course speaks to that fact. The 29-year-old has five top-10 showings in seven starts at the WGC-Bridgestone, including his win in 2014. The four-time major champion is also in fine form after finishing second at the Open Championship two weeks ago.

Odds to win: 10-1
Top-5 odds: 11-5

Second tier (odds 25-1 or longer)

Jason Day

It's somewhat of a home game for Day this week as the Columbus resident tees it up at Firestone, and the galleries are sure to be pulling for the local boy. Outside of a 2014 withdrawal, the Australian has never finished outside the top 30 at the event, including two top-5 showings. Day enters play with confidence after a sizzling 68 in the final round of The Open two weeks ago.

Odds to win: 25-1
Top-5 odds: 4-1

Long shot (odds 50-1 or longer)

Bubba Watson

There may not be a golfer who thrives on familiarity more than Bubba Watson. The two-time Masters champion has 12 PGA Tour wins, with nine of them coming on just four courses. Firestone is certainly a track that Watson's game plays well at, with three straight top-20 performances in the WGC-Bridgestone, including a second-place finish in 2015. At 50-1, the value on Bubba is as good as any on the board.

Odds to win: 50-1
Top-5 odds: 8-1

Super long shot (odds 80-1 or longer)

Adam Scott

The veteran Australian is a great fit at the iconic course this week, with six top-15 showings in his last eight starts at the event. That includes a win in 2011, a sign that he can get things done at Firestone. Scott has shown flashes of his traditionally stellar game of late with a 17th-place finish at The Open, and that makes him a solid option at 100-1.

Odds to win: 100-1
Top-5 odds: 12-1

Hit this bet, buy a car (odds 125-1 or longer)

Brendan Steele

Firestone places a premium on long and accurate driving, and there are few players on Tour who fit that profile better than Steele. The 35-year-old is sixth on Tour in strokes gained: off the tee and has some good history here with a 24th-place showing last year. At 200-1, Steele is a worthy long-shot bet this week.

Odds to win: 200-1
Top-5 odds: 28-1
