Open Championship odds: McIlroy the favorite after Round 1

Rory McIlroy posted a 2-under 69 in Round 1 of the Open Championship on Thursday, and is the odds-on betting favorite to hoist the Claret Jug.

Despite sitting tied for eighth, McIlroy's odds are listed at 10-1 to win his second Open Championship, narrowly edging out Jon Rahm and Justin Thomas.

Rahm and Thomas also fired 69s in Round 1 and are listed at 11-1 and 14-1, respectively, to win the year's third major.

Tiger Woods (E) is given 18-1 odds to win his 15th major.
