Steven Bowditch has yet to make the cut in a PGA Tour event this year, so he decided to take a new approach this week by turning to Twitter to find a caddie.

On Monday, the Australian golfer put out a call for "any local kids/college players in the Quad cities area" who would be willing to caddie for him during the John Deere Classic. He also noted that there's a slim chance the opportunity will extend into the weekend.

The job went to 16-year-old Elias Francque, who assured Bowditch that his shoulders "are better than ever."
