Dustin Johnson's brilliant performance on Friday at Shinnecock Hills saw him take a four-stroke lead into the weekend at the U.S. Open, and become a massive betting favorite in the process.

The Westgate Superbook in Las Vegas has listed the 2016 champion as a 2-3 betting favorite to win his second U.S. Open on Sunday. That sees Johnson well ahead of Justin Rose at 8-1, with Rickie Fowler and Henrik Stenson both listed at 12-1.

It's a star-studded chase pack that will try to hunt down Johnson around the challenging layout, but unless the top-ranked player in the world suddenly suffers a dip in form, it's unlikely anyone will be able to catch him.

Here are the top names on the betting board heading into Saturday:

Player Place Total to par Odds
Dustin Johnson 1 -4 2-3
Justin Rose T-4 +1 8-1
Rickie Fowler T-9 +2 12-1
Henrik Stenson T-4 +1 12-1
Brooks Koepka T-4 +1 14-1
Tommy Fleetwood T-4 +1 16-1
Charley Hoffman T-2 E 25-1
Scott Piercy T-2 E 40-1
Ian Poulter T-9 +1 40-1
Marc Leishman T-11 +3 40-1
Justin Thomas T-15 +4 50-1
