Matt Kuchar failed to make the cut at the AT&T Byron Nelson after a 2-under 69 in Round 2, snapping the longest active consecutive cuts-made streak at 30.

The 39-year-old was on track to play the weekend after opening with a 4-under 32 in Friday's front nine, but made back-to-back bogeys on 15 and 16 to fall outside the cut line.

His poor performance comes after being critical of the new Byron Nelson venue, Trinity Forset Golf Club, stating “I think it’s best said under the lesson if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all," after his 72 in Round 1.

Kuchar's last missed cut was in April 2017 at the Houston Open.

Sergio Garcia is another notable name who failed to make the weekend.

The new consecutive cuts-made streak belongs to Jason Day, Dustin Johnson, and Adam Hadwin at 17.
