Perez vows to continue not working out, having bad diet

Pat Perez isn't going to follow the fitness trend on the PGA Tour.

Perez cruised to a four-shot victory Sunday at the CIMB Classic, winning his third career PGA Tour title, and was quite blunt when asked about re-setting goals for the upcoming season.

"I’m not going to change anything," Perez told Arron Oberholser of the Golf Channel. "I’m still not going to work out, I’m still going to have a bad diet and I’m going to enjoy myself."

This isn't the first time the 41-year-old voiced his reluctance toward physical training, touching on the topic prior to last month's Tour Championship in Atlanta.

"I see these guys and they have perfect builds, and they're tall, and they're skinny, and they've got all this strength," Perez said, per the Golf Channel. "And then there's me who kind of waddles around, and I don't really like working out. I like to sit, and kind of do nothing."
