Casey joins Fowler as favorites to win U.S. Open after 36 holes

Rickie Fowler has company atop the betting board with 36 holes complete at the U.S. Open, as Paul Casey joined the 28-year-old at 11-2 odds to win the championship in GolfOdds.com's updated list.
Fowler, the first-round leader, struggled to a 1-over-par 73 on Friday to sit one stroke behind a quartet of players, including Casey, heading into the weekend.
Brooks Koepka follows the duo atop the board at 13-2 odds, while Hideki Matsuyama scorched the course with a 7-under 65 on Friday to hold a price of 9-1.
