The Phoenix Open is an all-day party, with some fans even arriving at 4:30 a.m. to stake out a great viewing spot - usually at the famous 16th hole.

And with plenty of alcohol consumed while watching the event, the Scottsdale, Ariz. police department offered free breathalyzers to fans leaving the premises.

Golf clap to all involved.
