VIDEO: Tom Rinaldi stumbles over Shane Lowry's name in interview
Michael Madrid-USA TODAY Sports
Maybe it was the prior image of Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy just finishing his round. Or it could have been Shane Lowry's very Irish-looking beard, or the fact that most Irish names begin with "O'"or "Mc."
Whatever the reason, ESPN's Tom Rinaldi introduced Shane Lowry, who shot a 68 in the opening round of the Masters, as Shane McLowry in the post-round interview.
Lowry gave a quick smirk before Rinaldi corrected himself.
Lowry or McLowry, he's a helluva player.
