The list of issues surrounding the 2016 Summer Olympics continues to grow.
The Associated Press reporter Stephen Wade shared a video Tuesday of an open sewer located a short distance from the athletes' village in Rio de Janeiro.
Australia's Olympic team refused to move into the village Monday due to electrical and plumbing concerns, while the Belarus team deemed the conditions unsanitary.
