Varlamov will be between the pipes for Thursday's matchup against the Senators, Terry Frei of The Denver Post reports.
Analysis:
Varlamov has been the definition of streaky lately, allowing a 3.69 goals-against average with a save percentage of .896 in his last two starts while turning in a 0.99 GAA and a .972 save percentage in four starts leading up to the All-Star break. He'll look to turn things around against a Senators team that is averaging 2.80 goals per game this season and is a risky play until he can show some consistency.
